EULA - End User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Product Key Reader Software, please read it carefully. This EULA covers all existing versions of Product Key Reader.

YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA BY INSTALLING THIS PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL THIS PRODUCT.

Product Key Reader grants a license for freeware software. If you like software you can donate it. Product Key Reader Software has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third parties. Product Key Reader does not guarantee support for all listed software packages due to 3rd party software terms of use and policies. Product Key Reader Software makes no guarantee of availability of 3rd party software and reserves the rights to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of software's supported keys.

The freeware license represents a right to install, copy, access, display, run or otherwise use one copy of Product Key Reader product. We reserve the right to implement the technological measures in the Product Key Reader Software to prevent its unlicensed or illegal use.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of the rights granted in this EULA and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

PRODUCT KEY READER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE PRODUCT KEY READER AT YOUR OWN RISK. PRODUCT KEY READER SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license or if the terms of this license contradict with your local laws, you must remove Product Key Reader product files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

The terms of this license, as well as the Product Key Reader interface design are subjects of changes in future versions of Product Key Reader.

Product Key Reader may come packaged with additional company products or third-party products. Please review the licensing terms of these individual products.

We adhere to strict privacy guidelines and do NOT collect personally identifiable information unless it is voluntarily provided.

All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by Product Key Reader.
